During my tenure at Avocados From Mexico I was tasked with leading the innovation efforts for the organization, which doesn't mean that all our innovations as a company come from my team, but it means that I'm responsible for providing AFMers with everything they need to unleash their full innovative potential, gain access to the tools and processes that allow them to innovate, and taking the necessary steps to create a culture of innovation within the company. The innovations deserving this recognition are not mine but ours... theirs. The award belongs to every single person shaping our company and our brand internally, and to all our advertising partners touching our business in each area of the organization. As I have told my teams, peers, and co-workers, I'm just the enabler and the messenger.
